SL80W loader is a new high-efficiency and energy-saving heavy-duty product that adopts the hydraulic drive and hydraulic control technologies. The steering system adopts advanced priority flow amplifying valve to achieve light steering. The working hydraulic system adopts mature double-pump convergence technology, featuring high energy-saving and efficiency, advanced and reasonable structure, light and flexible operations, and reliable quality. The high loading and unloading height is particularly suitable for loading and unloading work conditions such as the construction of gravel yards, coal yards and earthworks.

1. It's equipped with Weichai Steyr engine, featuring low noise, low fuel consumption, low contamination, and adaptability to diversified working conditions.  

2. The transmission adopts the integral structure of Hangzhou Advance torque converter and transmission (electronically controlled transmission) and the drive axle adopts Feicheng Yunyu drive axle, featuring stable and reliable performance. 

3. The steering system adopts advanced priority flow amplifying valve to achieve light steering. The working hydraulic system adopts mature double-pump convergence technology, featuring fast motions and high energy-saving and efficiency. The working oil pump adopts Permco products manufactured with foreign technologies, featuring reliable quality. 

4. The imported high pressure hoses with H-shaped double seals are adopted for the main portions to eliminate the leakage of the whole machine.  

5. The design optimized working device features high breakout force, strong lifting force, and high dumping height. The bucket adopts highly wear-resistant bucket teeth to prolong the service life. The working device is fitted with control to achieve light and labor-saving operations and the bucket is capable of automatic leveling. 

6. The double-circuit service brake, the low pressure protection, and the integrated emergency brake and parking brake guarantee the operation and driving safety. 

7. The integral streamline engine hood features unique modeling and the large angle openable hood side doors ease the repairs and maintenances.  

8. The product is equipped with spacious sealed cab with broad visual field and noise reduction, the heating and air conditioning system with three-dimensional air supply, and the integral dashboard. The imported seat capable of longitudinal adjustment features comfortable operations and sufficiently embodies humanized design. The optional automatic alarm instrument function is at your choice.
